1. Begin by taking a deep diaphragmatic belly breath, focusing your awareness on the sensation of the breath.
👃 Breathe in through the nose down to your belly for four seconds.
🤰 Hold the breath in your belly for seven seconds.
👄 Release the breath out of your mouth as a physiological sigh (make soft humming noise) for eight seconds.
🔁 Repeat this cycle until you feel a somatic shift:
