🔥 Focus your intentions into the flames of transformation.
4. Shake or blow the plant ally until the fire is out and the smoke arises.
🌀 Encircle yourself with the smoke.
5. Breathe in deeply to your belly and focus your awareness on your heart and or solar plexus.
⚡️ Allow your internal energy to culminate feeling your plant ally clearing any blockages in your field.
7. Once you feel energetically clear, bring your plant ally to your heart.
