Coconut oil pulling is an incredible natural way to keep your oral hygiene and microbiome healthy, clean, and clear of harmful bacteria. Use extra virgin unrefined organic coconut oil. You may add essential oils that are food-grade and beneficial to your oral health such as clove oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil and cinnamon oil. I enjoy oil pulling during my morning Glow Flow. By using the lipid-binding power of coconut oil, you are physically and energetically pulling stagnation from your system before it can travel deeper.

Microbial Balance

🦠 Magnetically draw out fat-soluble bacteria and toxins from the hidden crevices of your gums and teeth.

Radiant Oral Hygiene

✨ Naturally whiten your smile and strengthen your gums while eliminating morning breath at the root.

Systemic Detoxification

🪠 Support your lymphatic system by clearing the "toxic load" from your mouth, the primary entry point for your body.

Jaw & Facial Toning

🌀 Use "forceful directional swishing" to wake up the muscles of the face, promoting a lifted and sculpted morning look.

Essential Oil Synergy

💧 Infuse your blood-rich gum tissue with the antiseptic power of clove, peppermint, and tea tree for deep healing.

Mindful Presence

🧘 Turn a 20-minute window into a focused ritual of "Glow Flow," layering movement with internal purification.

Sacred Release

🌱 Transform a biological waste product into an offering for the Earth, consciously letting go of what no longer serves your health.

Oil Puling Routine

PLAY VIDEO

1. Scoop half of a teaspoon of coconut oil or pour it out if it's already melted.

2. Add your desired essential oils onto the coconut scoop.

💧 5 drops each of clove, peppermint and tea tree for me!

3. Get the oils into your mouth from the spoon and chew until you can start to swish.

4. Use forceful directional swishing motions for 15-20 minutes making sure you get every crack and crevice within your mouth.

🌀 You can focus on each side, go all around, whatever feels most resonant for you.

🧍 While doing this you can also do your 15 Min. Glow Flow

5. When you are finished, spit your oil into the earth giving thanks for the purification of your body’s toxicity that you are releasing.

🪠 NEVER spit into the sink or toilet as the build up of the condensed oil may cause plumbing issues.

🌱 If you do not have access to a yard or somewhere in nature you can release the oil into, then use an empty glass jar that you are able to keep stored in your home until it is full to where you may then throw it away or take it somewhere in nature to spill out all at once. Please note this gets VERY smelly.

“I pull the old, I clear the way,
I brighten my voice for the coming day.
What’s heavy and dark, I release to the ground,
In clarity and health, I am now bound.”

✨ As the oil pulls toxins from my mouth, what "toxic" or "bitter" words have I been holding behind my teeth lately? What truth am I afraid will "spill out" if I don’t keep it tightly contained?

✨ Do I find the 20-minute commitment of swishing difficult or meditative? What does my level of patience with this process reveal about my relationship with "slow healing" versus "quick fixes"?

✨ How does it feel to "give thanks" for my body's toxicity as I release it to the Earth? Am I able to look at my own "dirt" or "smell" with gratitude, or do I meet my human imperfections with disgust?

As you swish these healing oils, imagine you are polishing the mirror of your soul.

The mouth is where we taste life, where we speak our love, and where we breathe in the world. By taking these twenty minutes, you are saying to yourself: "My words deserve to be clear, and my temple deserves to be clean." Feel the clove and peppermint dancing against your palate, a cooling, spicy wake-up call for your senses. As you finally offer that oil back to the soil, feel the heavy weight of the night leaving your body. You are not just cleaning your teeth; you are clarifying your vibration.

Walk through your day with a brightened smile and a lightened spirit, knowing that your "gateway" is guarded by the purity you chose this morning. You are fresh, you are focused, and you are radiantly clear.
