1. Sense the connection you have with the earth and elements around you.

🌈 Sense unto the energetic cords that connect all of life.

2. Connect with the lymphatic drainage protocol.

↻ You massage each area with 11 small circular sweeps back and forth with a soft as a feather touch to glide alsong the skin.

👋 Then lightly tapping 11 times to move and stimulate the nodes and pathways.

3. Begin under the left clavicle positioning your fingers to rest pointer finger on top of the clavicle and the rest of the fingers underneath.

➡️ Then move to the right side clavicle and do the same.

4. Make small circular motions under the jaw line where you can feel your two bigger lymph nodes.

↔️ Do both sides at the same time, be delicate and precise.

5. Create a peace sign with your fingers bent in to then glide from the center of your chin, up your jawline to the center of your ear lobe.

🌊 Do both sides at the same time, notice any bumps in your jaw that could use some fascia flow after.

6. With your pointer and middle finger connected, rub two small circle where your nostril meets your nasal labial fold and sweep down along the cheekbone, then up to the center of the ear lobe making one more small circle there to finish.

7. Position your middle fingers into each eyebrow ridge point making one small circle in the eyebrow ridge that then flows up and around the eyebrow ridge on the forehead to the temples landing at the same center point of the earlobe.

8. Bring your fingers to the same lymph nodes under the jaw as before but this time make one small circle and then lightly stroke down your neck into your clavical.

9. Position all of your fingers lightly onto your shoulders with your elbows positioned close to your ribs. Glide your finger tips up and around your shoulder to your back, raising your elbows up to the sky. Bring them back down, gliding your fingers back to the starting point.

10. Lightly glide your fingers from the neck shoulder point down into the clavicle nodes.

11. Extend your left arm out and twist your hand so the palm faces the sky with your fingers extended open to receive. With your right hand, massage your armpit are back and forth then tap it 11 times.

12. Position your right hand palm facing your belly with your thumb touching your belly button. Your left hand is positioned palm to your belly with your pinky finger resting at your belly button. Rub in circular motions 11 times then tap with your whole hand 11 times.

🌞 Focus on your internal sun igniting during this focused awareness, charging you up for the day ahead.

13. Position your fingers into the lymph nodes in your pelvis region where your hip creases connect to your pelvis. Make small and firm circles then tap 11 times each.

🌹 Focus on the creative sexual energy you are releasing for the day with gratitude for the flow of sensual pleasure it allows you in your life.

14. Bend over with your back straight tilting at the pelvis to position your fingers at the back of your knees to massage then tap 11 times.

15. Stand up straight to raise your calves 50 times.

🏃 You may jump making sure you use the muscles in your calf or simply do calf raises.

🦶 Allow the heel of your foot to land solidly on the ground to activate your parasympathetic nerve.

16. Shake your right arm, left arm, right leg then left leg for 11,8,5,3,2,1,1 times each in order. Shake your whole body when this is done for 11 seconds.

✨ Feel into any residing energies from sleep being shaken out

17. Perform 50 liver body slaps, twisting your body side to side letting your arms hang heavy and smack your liver on your back and up under your rips by your abdomen in the front.

🔥 This awakens your body's energy flow and provides your liver a chance to detox creating internal fire.

18. Position your back full straight with your neck shifted back into a double chin. Raise your arms out front then swing them as a cross in front of you with your left hand above and right hand below then switch, to then extend out wide, opening your heart with each out breath and repeat for up to 33 counts.

💚 Focus on your heart space eminating a golden green glow getting brighter and stronger with each extension.

🧍 This will aid in postural alignment as well!

19. Bend forward with your knees slightly bent and clap your hands together in front of you then behind you in a repeating flow, waking your senses up further for up to 33 counts.

20. Finish by twisting your upper body on contrast to your lower body for up to 33 times.

✨ In the areas where I felt the most 'bumps,' tension, or resistance during the jaw and neck drainage (steps 4–8), what unspoken words or suppressed emotions have I been 'swallowing' to keep the peace?

✨ During the full-body shake and liver slaps (steps 16–17), what specific 'heavy energy' or recurring dream-theme was I most eager to throw off? Why am I allowing this past energy to take up residence in my physical cells?

You are not a stagnant pool, but a living river.
