‍

‍

‍

1. Invite the shadow and inner child.‍

‍

👥 Reach into the depths of your soul and invite the version of you that is crying out for attention to be with you, along with their shadow.

2 • Transmit the Frequency of Love

‍

‍

‍

1. Pour love into both aspects.‍

‍

🌺 Sense them merging into you until you are just hugging yourself.

‍

‍

‍

2. Optional Mantra to recite while doing this:‍

‍

👥 To the pieces of me that were lost in the dark… I call you forth with your shadow counterpart.
